Programme Jamboree 2008
Preface
The event starts at 9h30. From this time you can enter the building, receive your badge and information folder. At 10h00 our Chairman Frans de Bruïne will open the Jamboree 2008 in the plenary room on behalf of the organization and Maria Martin-Prat of the Directorate General Internal Market will say a word of welcome.
Morning Schedule
The idea of the schedule is to highlight every point of view of the Point of Single Contact. That's why the UK starts at 10h15 with a presentation from the scope of the entrepreneur. Next Germany will tell us something about the various architectures for the German points of single contact (PSC). After this the Netherlands present their way to connect up the competent authorities. So in a way we go from the outer scope to the inside of the PSC (from front - to backoffice).
After the presentation there will be a short break. Then we will continue with a first round of workshops from 11h30 untill 12h15. In this round France, Germany and Romania will give a workshop on different subjects as you can see in the schedule beneath. After this round there will be a lunchbreak with a running buffet untill 13h15.
Afternoon schedule
After the lunch break we will continue the workshops. Simultaneously there will be an Information Fair in a plenary room. The aim of the Information Fair is to get an idea of other Member States PSCs and to get in contact with their experts. At the Information Fair will also be a possibillity to speak with the earlier speakers and presenters at a round table formation.
In workshop round two from 13h15 till 14h00 France, Denmark en Sweden will lead a workshop. The last two workshop rounds will be from 14h30 till 15h15 and 15h45 till 16h30. Austria, Italy, Estonia, Portugal, Slovakia and the UK in cooperation with the Netherlands will take care of those workshops.
Conclusion
From 16h30 we all meet again in the plenary room for a short summary of all workshops and the presentation of the online Jamboree PSC Community. We'll conclude the event festively with a drink.
